Deep Tissue Massage is a relaxing treatment designed to increase circulation, and decrease inflammation within the body. Deep tissue massage involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue. ​Rates:

CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine that involves placing hard plastic cups on the skin to create suction. The suction created by the cups increases circulation, decreases pain within an injured area of the body and improves tissue mobility. Cupping Therapy can be added to any Deep Tissue Massage treatment.

Warm Bamboo Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a type of Massage Therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The heat and weight of the stones warms and relaxes the muscles, allowing the Massage Therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

Similar to hot stone massage, the warmth produced by the heated bamboo sticks allows for the relaxation of cold and tense muscles. The intension of this treatment is to “roll out” muscle tension and trigger points found throughout the body. The combined warmth from the heated bamboo sticks along with rolling movements stimulates circulation in the body and increases blood flow, which helps the body flush out toxins.
